This policy explains what Karbon Teck does with the personal data you give us through this website. It covers one thing, because the site does one thing: a form that lets you ask about AVELO.
Who is responsible for your data
Karbon Teck is the data fiduciary for the information described here — we decide why it is collected and what happens to it.
Registered entity: Karbonteck.

What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form, and only when you submit it:
- Your name.
- Your work email address.
- Your business name.
- Optionally, a short description of your current accounting tool or process.
That is the complete list. We do not ask for a phone number, an address, financial details, or anything about your customers or your books.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking. Fonts are served from this domain rather than fetched from Google.
Like any website, our hosting provider receives the technical request data needed to serve a page. If you only read the site and never submit the form, Karbonteck does not use that data to identify you, profile you, or market to you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to work out whether AVELO fits how your business runs. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your data, share it for anyone else’s marketing, or use it to build a profile of you.
Who else handles it
Vercel hosts this site and processes ordinary technical request data needed to serve it. We do not use Vercel Analytics.
The form is delivered by Formspree, which receives your submission and forwards it to us. Formspree acts as our processor: it handles the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Their own handling is described in the policy linked below. Our obligations to you remain ours — pointing at a processor’s policy does not hand them off.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 30 days, after which they are deleted.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erase it, where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Write to Contact@mail.karbonteck.com and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may raise it with our grievance officer above, and after that with the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content security policy and no third-party scripts. Your submission travels directly from your browser to Formspree; it does not pass through any server of ours, and we store nothing in your browser.
No transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. What we can control, we have documented publicly in this project’s security notes.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not reduce your rights retroactively.
